Send a useful correction request
Identify the article URL, quote or describe the statement at issue, and explain why it is inaccurate. A direct link to a current primary source is especially useful. Please separate a factual error from disagreement with an AI platform's opinion or a provider's ranking.
- Include the article title and the section containing the issue.
- Provide the correct detail and a source that supports it.
- For time-sensitive changes, include when the information changed.
- Do not include booking records, account numbers, or sensitive personal data.
A correction and a new study are different
A correction addresses an error in an existing publication. An update can add current context or a new research result. A fresh page modification date should not imply that older AI responses were collected again.
Material corrections should be explained where readers can understand what changed. This policy does not assert a review turnaround time or a correction history that has not been recorded.
Questions about a ranking
A provider may challenge a factual description or point out a data issue. Disagreement alone is not a reason to replace a recorded AI result. Any revision to the research data needs evidence tied to the study.
