AI Use & Content Policy

AI output is the subject of our research. It should always remain distinguishable from verified facts and human review.

AI as research material

Consensus studies examine the recommendations generated by AI platforms. These outputs are evidence of what a system said in the recorded research, not proof that its moving claims are true.

Summaries should preserve meaningful agreement and disagreement. They should not make multiple answers sound like a single verified expert opinion.

Responsibility for published explanations

Where AI assistance is used in preparing copy, it does not remove the need for accurate sources, clear labels, and honest limitations. Invented citations, fabricated quotes, unsupported credentials, and unrecorded review claims have no place in the published explanation.

A publishing credit should describe an actual contribution. Automation should not create a false impression of human oversight.

Systems and answers change

Model updates, source availability, prompt wording, and session context can all affect output. A study is a snapshot; it does not predict the answer a reader will receive from the same platform today.

Published rankings should therefore be interpreted alongside the question, date, platform coverage, and limitations recorded for that study.
